Moong Bean Pancake Recipe

Tonight I cooked some Pesarattu 'Moong Bean Pancakes'. When I saw this recipe on Aparna's food blog My Diverse Kitchen it looked so delicious I knew I had to make some Pesarattu for my hubby!
