Aish El Sarayah is a middle eastern dessert famous in Lebanon, Syriaو and Jordan.
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf white bread
- 2 cups Kater (Syrup)
- 3 cups Baken cream (Kushta)
- 1/4 cup Lemmon leaves Jam
- 1/2 cup Crushed pistachio
- Cut the bread into meduim size pieces
- Take out the crumb and cook in the oven until it gets a golden brown color.
- Butt the crumbs until they get soft.
- In a cooking pan heat the crumbs and add the syrup over it.
- When you get a brown dough add the cooking fat.
- Mix for 3 minutes until the fat melts.
- Spread the dough on a serving dish evenly and cover with the cooked cream (Kushta).
- Decorate with some crushed pistachio.
