Black Bean Salsa Dip with Vegetables
Perfect for casual get-togethers, this tasty layered dip takes just 5 minutes to make...but it's so good, it may disappear just as quickly!
Ingredients
1 can (about 11 ounces) condensed black bean soup
1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Sliced pitted ripe olive
Sliced green onion
Sour cream
Fresh vegetables or tortilla chips
Directions
1. Stir the soup and salsa in a small bowl. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Top the soup mixture with the cheese, olives, onion and sour cream. Serve with the fresh vegetables for dipping.
